The problem shape, structured extraction into a rigid form under a compliance regime, is the same shape as most federal forms modernization work.

Andriy Markiv, Managing Member and Principal AI Architect
Andriy Markiv is the founder and technical principal of Goatechs LLC and the person who performs or directs the work on every engagement. He has more than fifteen years of enterprise software experience spanning architecture, data engineering, and applied AI, including large scale automation work for enterprise software organizations before founding the practice.
His current focus is production agentic AI: systems where a model is given tools, a task, and a boundary, and where the audit trail matters as much as the output. He is the single point of technical accountability on Goatechs contracts and does not subcontract core architecture.

How to contract with us
- Simplified acquisition. Goatechs LLC accepts award under FAR Part 13 simplified acquisition procedures and accepts the government purchase card, which makes micro purchase and simplified acquisition threshold work straightforward to place.
- Small business set asides. Registered as a small business under all NAICS codes listed above and eligible for total small business set aside competition.
- Subcontracting and teaming. Available as a subcontractor to primes needing applied AI, RAG, or custom development capability on an existing vehicle. Small business liaison officers are welcome to request a capability briefing.
- Sources sought and RFI responses. We respond to sources sought notices and requests for information within the stated response window, including market research submissions where no solicitation has been issued yet.
